The deep-pleat media filter used in 16 x 25 whole-house air cleaner cabinets. Five inches of pleated media gives it far more surface area than a standard 1-inch filter, so it holds more dust before it starts to restrict airflow, and the MERV 11 rating catches pollen, mould spores and fine dust while still letting the furnace breathe.
