The unit includes delivery and basic installation, ensuring the tank is installed in the same location and replacing it with an identical model. However, the service does not cover the provision of new PVC pipes, shut-off valves, or mixing valves.

Featuring the EverKleen® patented system, this unit actively fights sediment build-up, which enhances efficiency by reducing fuel costs and providing more hot water. It also offers flexible venting options, with the capability to support long venting lengths up to 100 feet and the use of PVC, ABS, or CPVC vent pipes. Additionally, it allows for both vertical and horizontal termination.

Designed for durability, the unit includes a premium-grade anode rod for long-lasting tank protection. It is also high altitude compliant, certified for use up to 7,000 feet above sea level, and can be extended to 10,199 feet with an additional kit.

Additional features include a whisper-quiet blower, a temperature and pressure relief valve for safety, compliance with low lead regulations, and a durable spark-to-pilot ignitor for reliable operation.
